This Refund Policy explains the rules, conditions, timelines, and limitations applicable to refunds for bookings and services made with Honor Tour & Travels.
At Honor Tour & Travels, refunds are processed strictly in accordance with the booking terms, package rules, supplier policies, payment conditions, cancellation stage, and the nature of the service booked. By making any booking or payment with us, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Refunds are not automatic and shall be considered only where applicable under the confirmed booking terms, cancellation conditions, and supplier rules. Any refund, if approved, shall be subject to deduction of applicable cancellation charges, retention charges, non-refundable supplier components, payment gateway charges, taxes, administrative costs, and other actual expenses.
Depending on the service and booking stage, certain amounts may be wholly or partly non-refundable. These may include, but are not limited to:
If a customer cancels a booking, the refund amount, if any, will depend upon the timing of cancellation, the package type, destination, travel date, season, supplier retention rules, and actual losses incurred. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing through an official communication channel of Honor Tour & Travels.
The effective date of cancellation shall be the date on which the written cancellation request is actually received and acknowledged by us. Refund eligibility shall be determined from that date.
In cases where a hotel, airline, transport operator, local vendor, guide, or any other third-party supplier cancels or fails to deliver a booked component, any refund shall be subject to the refund actually released by the concerned supplier. Honor Tour & Travels shall not be responsible for paying any amount beyond what is recoverable from the third-party service provider, after deduction of our own non-recoverable costs and service charges where applicable.
No refund shall ordinarily be payable for no-show, failure to join the trip on time, missed departure, missed sightseeing, unused hotel stay, skipped meals, voluntary changes by the customer, early departure, or any service not availed by choice, negligence, delay, illness, documentation issue, or personal reason.
No assured or full refund shall be payable for cancellations, disruptions, route closures, postponements, or service deficiencies arising from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, heavy snowfall, landslides, floods, earthquakes, epidemic, pandemic, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, transport shutdown, government restrictions, curfew, border closure, permit restrictions, weather conditions, or any force majeure event.
In such cases, refund, adjustment, credit note, rescheduling, or alternate arrangement may be considered only to the extent feasible and only if and when the respective supplier releases any recoverable amount.
Refunds for flights, trains, buses, ferries, or any independently ticketed services shall be governed strictly by the fare rules, cancellation slabs, airline or operator policy, and system deductions applicable to that ticket. Honor Tour & Travels shall not be responsible for waiving or overriding any such rules imposed by the issuing carrier or booking system.
Refunds for hotels, houseboats, transport, sightseeing, and land packages shall depend upon the confirmed supplier terms and the stage at which cancellation occurs. During high season, holiday dates, and special events, hotel and land package bookings may attract strict retention or complete non-refundability.
Any amount paid toward visa assistance, permit application, document handling, courier charges, consultation, processing fee, or related administrative work shall generally be non-refundable once the process has been initiated, regardless of approval, rejection, delay, or non-travel by the customer.
Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within a reasonable period after receiving the applicable release from the concerned supplier and after internal verification of the booking account. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the banking system, payment gateway, card issuer, UPI platform, or original payment method.
Refund timelines are indicative only and shall not be treated as a guaranteed deadline. No interest, compensation, or penalty shall be payable for any processing time taken in good faith.
Refunds shall ordinarily be made through the original mode of payment or to the original payer’s account, unless otherwise approved by Honor Tour & Travels or required by applicable law. We reserve the right to request proof of payment, identity, or authorization before releasing any refund.

If part of the booked service is impacted due to operational issues, route closure, weather, local restrictions, or third-party non-performance, any refund consideration shall be limited only to the recoverable value of the undelivered part of the service, after deduction of committed and non-recoverable costs.
No refund shall be payable for subjective dissatisfaction, change in personal preference, minor inconvenience, traffic issues, weather discomfort, crowd conditions, or conditions outside our direct control.
If any customer initiates an unjustified chargeback, payment dispute, reversal request, or fraudulent claim through a bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution, Honor Tour & Travels reserves the right to withhold any pending refund, suspend future services, dispute such action legally, and recover associated losses, costs, penalties, and legal expenses from the concerned customer.
