These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website, enquiry forms, travel planning support, bookings, payments, hotel reservations, transport arrangements, tour packages, sightseeing services, visa assistance, and all related services provided by Honor Tour & Travels. By accessing this website, submitting your details, or making any booking/payment, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
All bookings made through Honor Tour & Travels are strictly subject to availability, operational feasibility, and final confirmation from the concerned service providers. No booking shall be treated as confirmed unless and until the required advance or full payment has been received by us and a booking confirmation has been issued from our side through email, message, invoice, voucher, or any other official confirmation channel.
Any itinerary, quotation, package details, verbal assurance, promotional content, or tentative travel plan shared before final confirmation shall be treated only as a proposal and shall not create any binding obligation on Honor Tour & Travels until the booking is formally confirmed.
Honor Tour & Travels provides travel-related services which may include domestic and international tour packages, hotel bookings, transport arrangements, transfers, sightseeing, custom itineraries, honeymoon packages, seasonal packages, pilgrimage tours, holiday planning, and visa assistance. In many cases, we act as a booking facilitator or intermediary for third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, vehicle providers, local guides, activity operators, and destination service providers.
Accordingly, all such third-party services remain subject to the respective supplier’s own terms, conditions, operating policies, local regulations, availability, and limitations.
Payments may be accepted through bank transfer, UPI, NEFT, approved payment gateway, or any other payment mode specifically authorized by Honor Tour & Travels. The payment schedule shall be as communicated in the quotation, invoice, itinerary, package details, or confirmation message.
Full payment must be made within the deadline communicated by us and, in any case, before the commencement of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing. For certain bookings, including peak season departures, limited inventory bookings, premium stays, flights, visas, or special packages, 100% advance payment may be required.
In case the customer fails to make payment within the prescribed time, Honor Tour & Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking, revise the price, release blocked inventory, or deny service without any liability.
All prices are subject to change until final booking confirmation. Any quoted fare, package price, hotel cost, transport charge, or itinerary rate may change due to fluctuation in hotel tariffs, airfares, transport costs, fuel prices, taxes, permit charges, government levies, currency variation, season surcharges, route conditions, vendor policy changes, or other operational reasons.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, quoted prices may exclude taxes, permit fees, monument entry fees, guide charges, meals not mentioned, personal expenses, insurance, porter charges, heater charges, camera fees, and any extra cost arising from route change, weather issues, medical emergencies, or customer-specific requests.
The customer is solely responsible for providing correct, complete, and timely personal details for all travellers, including names, age, gender, contact information, identity proof, passport details, visa documents, and any other information required for the booking. Any loss, cancellation, denial of boarding, hotel refusal, permit rejection, or additional cost arising due to incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or mismatched information shall be borne entirely by the customer.
All travellers must carry valid government-issued photo identification and all mandatory travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, tickets, confirmations, vaccination proof, and other documents as may be required by law, authorities, airlines, hotels, or local administrations.
Any visa assistance or documentation support provided by Honor Tour & Travels is only facilitative in nature. We do not guarantee visa approval, permit issuance, immigration clearance, or entry at any destination. Grant or refusal of visa, permit, travel authorization, or border clearance lies solely with the concerned government authority or issuing body.
Honor Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation, delay, or expense caused by visa rejection, permit refusal, immigration issues, incomplete documentation, travel ban, or any government restriction.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers and may be mandatory in certain cases. Unless expressly included in writing, insurance is not part of the package price. Customers are advised to arrange suitable insurance coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, baggage loss, accidents, and other travel risks.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all travellers are medically fit to undertake the booked journey. This is especially important for high-altitude destinations, difficult terrain, snow travel, adventure activities, remote areas, and extreme climate conditions. Any medical condition, disability, pregnancy, or special assistance requirement must be disclosed before booking.
Honor Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify, amend, reschedule, reroute, substitute, or withdraw any part of the itinerary, hotel, room category, vehicle, sightseeing, activity, or service if required due to weather, road condition, operational difficulty, local restrictions, overbooking, supplier issues, safety concerns, force majeure, or any other situation beyond reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, alternate arrangements of similar standard or practical equivalence may be provided. Such changes shall not automatically entitle the customer to cancellation, refund, compensation, or damages unless specifically agreed by us in writing.
Hotels, airlines, transport companies, local operators, guides, visa agencies, and other vendors involved in delivering travel services are independent third-party service providers. Honor Tour & Travels shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, deficiency, cancellation, delay, overbooking, strike, closure, misconduct, service issue, or operational failure attributable to any such third party.
Any claim relating to a third-party service may remain subject to the concerned supplier’s own rules and limitations.
Any cancellation request must be made in writing through email or another official written communication channel accepted by Honor Tour & Travels. The cancellation shall be effective only from the date on which such written request is actually received and acknowledged by us.
Cancellation charges shall apply depending upon the package, supplier policy, travel date, season, destination, hotel policy, transport booking terms, permit rules, visa stage, and how close the cancellation is to the departure date. Any advance paid towards blocked inventory, non-refundable hotel booking, permit processing, transport reservation, visa handling, convenience fee, or other committed service may be wholly or partly non-refundable.
Refunds, if any, shall be processed only after deducting applicable cancellation charges, supplier retention, non-refundable booking components, payment gateway charges, taxes, administrative expenses, convenience fees, and any other charges that are not recoverable by us.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the service provider, payment channel, and banking timeline. No interest shall be payable on any refund amount. Refunds shall ordinarily be made to the original payment source or original payer unless otherwise required by law or approved by us.
Honor Tour & Travels shall not be held liable for any delay, change, disruption, cancellation, curtailment, non-performance, or deficiency in service caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural calamities, landslides, snowfall, avalanche, flood, earthquake, heavy rain, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, war, terrorism, civil unrest, political disturbance, route closure, border restrictions, government action, strikes, transport breakdown, technical failure, local law and order issues, or any similar event.
Any additional expenses arising due to such force majeure situations, including hotel extension, transport change, alternate route, evacuation, meals, rescue, medical support, or rebooking, shall be borne solely by the customer.
All travellers are expected to behave responsibly, respectfully, and lawfully throughout the journey. Honor Tour & Travels reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or terminate any service without refund if any traveller engages in abusive, unlawful, violent, intoxicated, dangerous, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, or violates local law, hotel policy, transport rules, or safety requirements.
Any loss, damage, fine, penalty, legal action, or expense caused due to the conduct of the customer or any traveller under the booking shall be the sole responsibility of that person.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Honor Tour & Travels, its owners, management, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary loss or damage arising from or connected with any booking, itinerary, travel plan, delay, cancellation, missed connection, change of schedule, personal injury, illness, medical emergency, death, theft, baggage loss, weather disruption, dissatisfaction, mental distress, loss of enjoyment, or any act or omission of third-party service providers.
In any event, our total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount actually received by Honor Tour & Travels for the specific disputed service component, excluding amounts already paid to third-party suppliers, taxes, levies, gateway charges, and non-recoverable expenses.
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Honor Tour & Travels, its owners, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, penalty, cost, or legal expense arising out of or related to the customer’s breach of these Terms, submission of incorrect information, failure to carry required documents, misconduct, negligence, unlawful act, medical issue, or any claim brought by a traveller, supplier, authority, or third party in connection with the booking.
All content on this website, including text, package descriptions, graphics, logos, icons, design elements, photographs, itineraries, layout, and branding material, is the property of Honor Tour & Travels or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.
We do not guarantee that this website shall remain uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, withdraw, or correct any part of the website, pricing, package, content, functionality, or service offering at any time without prior notice.
By submitting an enquiry form, sharing your contact details, or interacting with Honor Tour & Travels through website, phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other medium, you consent to receive communication from us for booking support, travel updates, quotations, confirmations, service notifications, follow-up, and related promotional or informational messages, subject to applicable law.
Any complaint concerning the booked services should be reported to us immediately during the trip so that we may, where possible, try to assist or coordinate a resolution. Complaints raised only after the completion of travel may be difficult to verify and may affect the possibility of any review or remedy.
Any post-travel claim must be made in writing with relevant details and supporting material within a reasonable time. Minor inconvenience, subjective dissatisfaction, expectation mismatch, weather condition, traffic, crowd, local market practices, or conditions beyond our control shall not automatically entitle the customer to any compensation.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or any booking/service provided by Honor Tour & Travels shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
Honor Tour & Travels reserves the right to revise, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
